Shipping policy

We utilize UPS  and USPS as our primary shipping carriers. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process and fulfill your order.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Delivery time will vary depending on your zip code and distance from our warehouse.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact UPS or USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once they package is in the possession of UPS or USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS or UPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. Diamonds and Dollars and its owners are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the shipping carrier.
